Our vision for world peace starts on the Island of the Gods, Bali. Indonesia has 269 million people and our vision is that Bali can bring peace throughout all of Indonesia, Asia, and the world.

The Programme

  1. Transcendental Meditation and Consciousness-Based Education for student wellness, school success, and world peace.

    It is Consciousness-Based Education: a scientifically validated system of education to develop the full potential of every student and teacher and bring peace to the world.

  2. How Does It Work

    By adding the twice-a-day practice of Transcendental Meditation and the TM-Sidhi Programme including Yogic Flying® to the school curriculum.

    1. Introductory Talk for the school principal and faculty
    2. School principals and faculty learn Transcendental Meditation
    3. Introductory Talk for the parents of the Students
    4. Parents learn Transcendental Meditation and give permission for students to learn
    5. Introductory Talk for students
    6. Students learn Transcendental Meditation
    7. Regular follow-up sessions
    8. After 2 months of regular practice of Transcendental Meditation at the school, the TM-Sidhi Programme including Yogic Flying® is introduced and implemented following the same process.
  3. What is Transcendental Meditation (TM)?

    Transcendental Meditation is a simple, natural, and effortless mental technique that is practiced for 20 minutes twice a day with your eyes closed while sitting comfortably. It's not a particular religion, philosophy, or lifestyle. Already more than six million people of all ages, cultures, and religions have learned and practiced the technique of Transcendental Meditation.

    Transcendental Meditation Techniques allow your mind to calm down beyond the subtlest levels of the mind and achieve a state of inner peace (pure consciousness–your most calm and peaceful state of consciousness) without the need to use concentration or effort, at the same time your body is in a state of deep rest and relaxation. This rest, allows us to relieve fatigue and stresses that have been deeply rooted in our bodies.

      This technique is so easy and fun that anyone can do it even children. This is what makes the Transcendental Meditation technique very different from other meditation techniques.

      The Transcendental Meditation Technique was introduced by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi more than 60 years ago and has been studied by more than 6 million people worldwide. This technique can only be learned through certified Transcendental Meditation teachers in a personalized course for each individual.

    3. Unique

      Other meditation techniques often claim to be the same or similar to the Transcendental Meditation technique. Indeed, they are very different and there is no evidence that they provide the same benefits.

  5. The TM-Sidhi Programme Including Yogic Flying® Culturing the Ability to Think and Act from the Level of Pure Consciousness

    Our daily Transcendental Meditation practice allows the mind to settle down effortlessly and naturally to experience pure consciousness—the Self—the silent inner reservoir of creativity and intelligence that underlies all our mental activity. The advanced TM-Sidhi® program cultures the ability to think and act from that profound inner silence, so that all our thoughts and actions are maximally powerful and effective.

    The TM-Sidhi program enlivens specific channels of mind-body coordination from the deepest level of consciousness. The most powerful aspect of this program is the Yogic Flying® technique, during which brainwave synchrony is maximized as the body spontaneously springs forward in short hops. Internally, the experience is one of unshakable inner silence accompanied by exhilaration and “bubbling bliss.”

    Research on the TM-Sidhi program confirms a wide range of benefits, even more, pronounced than with TM practice alone, including improved neurophysiological functioning (broadband EEG coherence), improved cognitive and perceptual abilities, greater mental and physical health, and increased vitality and longevity.
